Privacy and your data

  • Your notes are yours. Each account can reach only its own notes; the database enforces this on every table.

  • Your words stay as written. Files are converted to notes in your browser, and no AI rewrites a note's text.

  • Agents only with your permission. An AI app reaches your knowledge base only after you sign in and allow it, and only for your account. Disconnect apps and revoke API keys at any time (see Connecting AI apps).

  • Keys are never stored in readable form. Kenby keeps only a fingerprint (hash) of each API key and sign-in token.

  • Kenby doesn't read your content except when you ask it to, for example for support.

Deleting your account

Settings → Account → Delete account cancels a paid subscription, revokes your API keys and connected apps, and deletes your notes, trash, versions, search index, query history and profile, then your login. Billing records are kept without your name for accounting.
